What?

For the first time, the muscular energy has been taken into consideration as the energy responsible for the cognitive process; this has been the most innovative and revolutionary thing, rather the motor process is the sole process the CNS elaborates and conforms with the cognitive, behavioural process. We can say a Copernican revolution was created. Until now, it has been always maintained the information/energy coming from the external space generates knowledge (mental process). On the contrary, the Biological Theory of the Mind sustains the external space’ energy acquires meaning only if it aligns with muscular energy on the reference system body in the unit of time.
The lack of their synchronism affects the cognitive, behavioural process. This new perspective made possible:
To individualize the biological basis of the consciousness
To correlate physiological and psychological process
To allow the psychology to become a science
To single out the deficit
To give a scientific ground to Freud’ hint: the man and the society share the same psychological process.
The foolish use of the technological tools, which distinguish our society, prevents the energy/information of the external space from acquiring meaning.
As the school is the institution which deals with the mental process’ development, it must consider the key factors which can affect it, also it must work in order to make prevention and/or educate it again.
For these reasons its contents and methods must be continuously update. Because now we know how the cognitive process develops, the school can and must act with science and consciousness. Consistently, politics must realize the school is the leading/driving engine for society’ progress; it never must forget the man and society share the same process.
Because the mental process is also a deal of the clinical field but in pathological condition, to define the respective competences is necessary.
