My continuous research induced me to participate at XVI National Conference in Prato -Tuscany- Italy 12-6-2024. The conference focused on neural development and education, in particular: SOS Dyslexia or F81 subjects. Sadly, I realized no change has been made on the traditional guidelines. However the meeting was interesting; among the various speakers, an adult F81 gave a proof of the law’s application 170/2010 in the Italian Education System. As a consequence of dispensations and bonus, this young men, took a degree in computer engineering. In this conference He made a presentation:” dyslexics persons do not disappear”, by means of a sequence of slides. The last of them was very representative because, by means of it, he showed the dyslexic’s tools: a shield/keyboard and a sword.

In the light of the biological theory of the mind by Alba Bernardini, the reading, which springs from this way to communicate and interact, is illustrated as the following.

How the image shows, the F81 speaker is right-hand, in fact he takes up the sword by the right hand which, in virtue of the hemispheric differences, is under LH control, (high frequency, what/quantum); on the contrary, he takes up a shield/keyboard by the left hand under RH control, (low frequency, were/wave/meaning). Because the shield is a keyboard, this means the subject at issue is unable to use subjective information of his internal space body (proprioception); the passage from objective to subjective is prevented. For that, he uses information supplied by technological tools.

As a further demonstration of the missing passage, the character who takes up these tools is a cartoon; as the speaker is unable to perceive his own body, as well as he is unable to represent it.

This is a typical trait F81’s subjects, the trial of Bernardini’s method always demonstrated it. Furthermore, as the technology/keyboard does not give 3D information, the F81 subject is lacking of a neural 3D structure; this justifies the elementary realization of slides along strait lines showed on the presentation.

In conclusion, the F81 speaker gave a perfect proof about the 170/2010 law’s unsuitable for F81 subjects, also it leaves the subject depending on information of the solo external space; that is without consciousness, subjectivity and logical reasoning. At the same time it confirms the biological theory of the mind: the prolonged use of the technological tools selects (TNGS by G.M. Edelman) unidimensional neural paths giving rice to cognitive, behavioural disturbances and/or F81 subjects.

For these reasons the F81 subjects grow in an exponential way in the current technological society.

In my view, a question must be made:”which is the value of the F81’s degree in computer engineering?
